This experience kicks off with this seven-day retreat that will create your council of men. This council will serve as your sanctuary of accountability for the next phases of your life.

For seven soul-searching days, immerse yourself in activities that challenge your mind and body. This isn't just an escape — it's a recalibration. From the ocean’s vastness to the dense Costa Rican jungle, every activity is designed to help you discover your most authentic self. Engage with the local 'Pura Vida' lifestyle and delve into holistic practices that bring clarity and strength.
A GLIMPSE OF A DAY
A daily schedule that begins with a sunrise open ocean swim. Feeling the raw power of nature, we will then engage in beach fitness/yoga followed by instructed surfing.
Unique through-line teachings on subjects like exponential thinking, communication, creativity, death, dying, and peace practice will follow our time at the ocean.
Daily Camaraderie-building men's circles.
Develop discipline and self-confidence with daily Krav Maga.
Maga self-defense classes and an intentional archery

Ecstatic dance, powerful journaling exercises, daily
silence, meditation, and breathwork will round out each day.

We host our retreat in a private center nestled within the Costa Rican jungle, ensuring an exclusive, secluded experience. Each retreat activity has been meticulously planned with a single intention: to explore and enhance our resilience, evaluating both the healthy and unhealthy ways we respond to life.
The food will be chosen with high-performance, mental, and physical outcomes in mind. The chef is extraordinary, creative, and willing to think outside of the box.
