What You’ll Experience
This is a 7‑day men’s transformational retreat: a journey through body, breath, and truth.
We don’t just stack activities. We build an arc. Every part of this retreat is timed with precision to break patterns, shed the survival self, and call forward the man underneath.
This is a full-spectrum recalibration. Physical. Emotional. Spiritual. Brotherhood that doesn’t flinch. Challenge that doesn’t perform. Safety that doesn’t coddle.
Welcome to the work.
Then we activate the warrior: boxing, jiu-jitsu, or Krav Maga — full-body training to embody power and purpose.
After that, we pause for lunch.
Afternoons go deep. Workshops on masculine archetypes, nervous system regulation, grief rituals, death meditation, and transformational practices that move far beyond words.
Evenings are soft.
We gather for dinner, then close the day in a circle — a space for reflection, witnessing, and integration.
The whole day moves through laughter, sweat, silence, and soul.
And when it’s time, we rest.
Early nights. Deep sleep. Full hearts.
Laughter. Sweat. Stillness. Challenge. Rest.
That’s a day.
A Day Inside The Retreat
We wake before the sun.
At 4:30 AM, we drive to the beach. We move through Qigong and Tai Chi, then enter the ocean. Past the break, we drop into stillness: floating, breathing, held by the womb of the sea.
Then we turn it up. Treading water, spiking the heart rate, watching the sunrise, hearts full of gratitude. We return with reverence — high-fiving, laughing, connected — and sip fresh coconuts from a local brother.
Back at the house, we ground through guided meditation and a slow, intentional yoga flow. Then, breakfast is fresh, vibrant, and nourishing.
As we eat, we drop into light teachings on conscious communication, amargo therapy, emotional intelligence, and active listening — tools that sharpen awareness and deepen presence.
The Arc Of The Week
This retreat is built like a rite of passage.
Not a straight line, but a rhythm.
The first few days challenge your system: training the body, disarming the ego, and quieting the noise.
By midweek, you’re emptied out. That’s when the death work begins - letting go of old stories, worn-out masks, and ways of being that no longer serve.
Then we rebuild.
The second half of the week calls forth the mature masculine, the grounded leader, the emotionally present man.
We anchor this through breath, movement, somatic tools, reflection, and brotherhood.
This is the return.
Not to someone new but to the man you were always meant to be.

The Power Of Presence
This isn’t a crowd. It’s a council.
Each retreat is capped at 20 men intentionally.
With three core facilitators, our 6:1 participant-to-coach ratio allows us to stay deeply attuned to every man. One of us leads, while the others hold space emotionally, logistically, energetically.
This means more intimacy. More safety. More personalized support.
Where most retreats stretch their leaders thin, we stay close.
So you’re never just a face in the circle. You’re seen. Fully.
In this space, every man matters.

You’ve seen what this is — not a vacation, but a rite of passage.
