Is this for first-timers?

Yes. This retreat is designed for both first-timers and experienced men. We meet you exactly where you are.

Do I need to be fit or have prior experience?

Nope. No fitness level or experience required. If you need more support, we slow it down. Just show up honestly — we’ll walk with you from there.

Are there age or health restrictions?

No. Whatever your age, body, or condition, come as you are. We’ll support you through it.

What’s included in the retreat?

Everything’s covered — meals, lodging, all activities, materials, coaching, and airport shuttles.

What should I pack?

Light tropical clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a journal, and whatever keeps you grounded.

What does the retreat cost?

The full investment for first-timers is $4,995 USD. Returning men receive a discounted rate of $3,500 USD. To secure your spot, a $1,500 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins. Check more details here.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a future retreat.

If you cancel within 30 days, we can’t offer a refund, but we’ll gladly credit it toward a future experience.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. You’ll get $500 off if you register at least six months in advance.

Returning men receive $1,500 off their next retreat.

We also offer reduced pricing for Costa Rica locals and expats.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do. If you need a payment plan or have a unique financial situation, just reach out.

This isn’t about making it harder. If you’re meant to be here, we’ll find a way.

Is the retreat safe?

Yes. Safety is a core pillar of how we operate. We have trained facilitators on-site, equipped to handle basic emergencies, along with access to trusted 24/7 medical partners nearby. Every man also agrees to a confidentiality commitment and participates in real-time circle accountability, creating a container where physical, emotional, and energetic safety is deeply held.

How is privacy handled?

At the start of each retreat, we take a shared vow of confidentiality. It’s what allows deep trust and openness.

Can I bring my partner?

No. This is a men-only, fully immersive experience. Partners may stay nearby, but the retreat space is held just for the men.

What mindset will help me get the most from this?

Come with a willing heart, an open mind, and readiness to lean in — especially when it’s uncomfortable. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be real.
